ORDERING
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped ground freight within 4 to 7 days. We will advise you regarding the expected shipment time if an item is on backorder.

RETURNS
Our products are guaranteed free of defects and may be returned to us within (7) seven days if you are not completely satisfied. Product must be returned in original package unopened. Returns cannot be accepted however on custom made products.

PAYMENT
MyBedSheets.com accepts VISA and MasterCard. Please have your credit card number and expiration date available when you place your order.
